The journey starts from the physical level as our body developes Misalignment and Pain according to our postural and mental habits.

This means that each kind of performance, instrument or attitude needs its own integral plan to boost wellness and potentiality: a personal way to OPEN the padlocks.
That’s why we design tailored sequences around you.
We maintain a functional osteomuscular system, improve postural static, prevent joint pain and limitations.
Our method is traditional Hatha Yoga on a Therapeutic basis (elements of Osteophaty and Physiotherapy applied to Yoga).

Become aware of the connections between stimulus and reaction, meet your balance between effort and comfort, make rigidity supple and gain REST in ACTION.

02 STAY

Cultivate inner stillness in your BODY to help your MIND become fit for CONCENTRATION.
Develop physical sensations awareness and self-perception to stay where you’re meant to BE: with both mind and body at the same time and in the same place.

03 RESOUND

FEEL your SELF becoming WIDE, let our LIVE MUSIC guide you through proper breathing and focusing, allow to accept your OUTPUT as an integral product of what you are at the very moment that you’re performing.

BREATHE

Between BREATH and MOOD there's a mutual relationship.
When our breath is rhythmic then the mind is stable.

Allow yourself to (re)learn how to properly breathe and get a balanced state of mind, reducing distress by activating your parasympathetic nervous system.
We guide you to mobilize the diaphragm muscle to a slower beat, unblock and optimize the respiratory process increasing both oxygenation and purification of blood and tissues.

04 INHALE


Fill your SPACE with more PRANA (vital force) by enlarging the capacity of your lungs.

05 EXHALE

Get rid of toxins and waste making room for more oxygen to circulate all over.

06 RELAX


Master the absence of muscular tension:
rise one degree higher above yourself abandoning any unnecessary load to save your vital energy,
Recognize your resistances and loosen them.

This is the PROCESS to make our MIND sharpened and receptive reducing the necessary TIME to get things well done and boosting the JOY while doing them.
Discover how to fully gaze at your present task, focusing your thoughts towards the goal without activating the autopilot.
The techniques we share come from the TRADITIONAL YOGA legacy and are supported by elements of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MSC (Mindfulness and Self Compassion) protocols.

Within the action, BE present without judging, aware of what’s happening while it’s happening.
In your body, at your emotional level, in your mind.
